8 tablespoons of your favorite Heavens to Betsy Spoon Fruit
12 Ounces Greek Yogurt
1 cup of your favorite granola

Alternate layers in a large glass of mason jar.

Makes About 2 Dozen

3/4 pound unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 egg yolks
3 cups granola (divided)

4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 jars of your favorite Heavens to Betsy Spoon Fruit

Beat together butter and sugars in standing mixer on medium low.
Add vanilla, egg yolks and 2 cups granola. Sift the remaining dry ingredients together and mix into butter mixture a cup at a time.

Grease a jelly roll pan with non-stick spray, cut parchment to fit, and grease parchment. Pat dough mixture evenly into pan, reserving about 1/3 cup of mixture for topping. Spread the preserves over the dough, then drop remainingg dough mixture in clumps over and scatter with the reserved granola.  

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

Cool, then cut into bars.
