Layered Pound Cake with Heavens to Betsy Strawberry and Blueberry Spoon Fruit
Purchase a pound cake or use a homemade pound cake. Slice length-wise into 3 even layers. Spread Blueberry Spoon Fruit onto the bottom layer. Then, place the second layer on top and spread Strawberry Spoon Fruit onto this layer. Top with the final layer. Frost with a homemade or store bought whipped cream frosting.
Garnish with fresh berries.
